  • Weekly rates are set at $0.03 per square foot.

How do I make a payment?

An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking. You must submit your payment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not submit a payment, your appointment will be administratively cancelled, and you may incur a full-service charge to cover scheduling costs.

How do I make an appointment?

We accept appointments on our website, over the phone, via SMS/Text message, by email, Instagram, and Facebook. We do not accept appointment requests from other sources such as Yelp or Nextdoor for security and privacy reasons.

Can I stay in my home?

Absolutely, but to ensure our cleaning crews are cleaning your home in the best way possible, we request for distractions to be minimal.

Do you provide the supplies?

Yes, our cleaning crews carry their supplies. The products we use have been thoroughly researched by our team and chosen to help us meet our goal: leaving your home spotless, while ensuring that the products are safe to use in residential environments. How do I request product substitutes?

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a Customer Preferences form in your email inbox. It will be separate from the email containing your invoice. On the form, you can select which products you would like to substitute.

We will always attempt to provide the substitute, but please note that substitution requests are not guaranteed. In some instances, you may be required to provide the substitute if we cannot supply it.

Do you charge by the hour?

No, we charge by the total square footage of your home. You must provide the total square footage of your home at the time of booking. If you do not know your home’s total area, please let us know.

The information you provide about your home’s area may be verified with other third-party sources such as real estate websites, individual real estate agents, or residential plot data provided by your city or county.
