Do I need to provide my own supplies?
No. Our cleaning crews carry the cleaning products that we have chosen to be best for residential environments. You can view our whole product list [here].
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We charge based on the total square footage of your home. You must provide the total square footage of your home when booking an appointment. Please note that we may verify the square footage you provided with real estate websites, individual real estate agents, and residential data provided by your city or county.
How do I make an appointment?
Visiting our appointments page on the navigation bar at the top of this page will send you over to our third-party booking software, Microsoft Bookings. You can view our step-by-step process for booking an appointment [here].
I don't want a specific product used in my home, can I substitute it?
Absolutely. You can always request a product substitution by using the form, Pre-Cleaning Form, which is sent to you after you book your appointment. If we cannot provide the substitution, we will notify you immediately.
Can I stay in my home while the work is being done?
Yes, but to ensure our cleaning crews are cleaning your home to our high standards, we request for distractions to be minimal.
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be completed online, or in-person. For online payments, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of booking. You must pay the amount stated on the invoice one (1) day before the scheduled cleaning date. For in-person payments, you must provide your cleaning crew with cash or a check.
